The Marquee At New Town

The Marquee at New Town, located in the picturesque New Town at St. Charles, offers a unique and elegant event venue for your special day! With it’s captivating setting, the Marquee accommodates up to 300 guests in it’s 5,000 sqft space. The space is equipped with modern amenities, including heating, air-conditioning, and a 20’x20’ parquet dance floor. The serene fountains and charming ambiance make it perfect for wedding ceremonies or vow renewals.

Included In Wedding Rental

All wedding rentals will include 9 hours on site. This will include all set up, event time, and clean up. Additional hours are $100/hr.
Friday and Saturday Weddings- Enjoy access to The Marquee for 12 hours (by appointment) between 8:00 am and 11:59 pm the day of your wedding.
Amenities included in rental include, table and chairs, table linens, 20'x20' parquet dance floor, prep kitchen if catering is selected, restrooms, tent and outdoor space.

Wedding Rental Pricing

Friday -- $4,000
Saturday -- $5,000
Sunday -- $2,500

Friday and Saturday Weddings- Enjoy access to The Marquee for 12 hours (by appointment) between 8:00 am and 11:59 pm the day of your wedding.

Ceremony and bridal suite are available as an add on.

Wedding Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of 50% must be made to reserve your date.
Go to our calendar to check availability on specific dates. Contact us to receive an invoice.
A 3% fee will be assessed for all credit card payments

Additional Services

Signature DSLR Booth Package

$600 - The length of your reception, backdrop, props, and a digital copy of all your photos

$100 - Per hour includes attendant, choice of backdrop, props, and a printed photo for you and your guest, plus a digital copy (3-hour minimum)

Photobooth

Silver Package $700- DJ Services by Listen Up Productions. Includes: 4 hour of receptions, music, and dance floor lights.

Gold Package $1,000- DJ Services by Listen Up Productions. Includes: Cocktail hour music, introductions, dinner music, dance floor lights, and reception music until 11 pm.

Marquee Package $1,500- DJ Services by Listen Up Productions. Includes: Cocktail hour music, introductions, dinner music, dance floor lights, and reception music until 11 pm. This package also includes uplighting and dancing on a cloud.
