Your Event, Our Passion

The Marquee at New Town is the perfect venue to host showers, anniversaries, birthdays, corporate gatherings, and a variety of other events for both children and adults. We focus on the overall guest experience to ensure events run seamlessly and punctually.

Guests of your event will be transported back in time as they bask in New Town’s charming atmosphere adorned with restaurants, shops, tranquil canals, lakes, fountains, and more. This community seamlessly blends urban appeal with the warm, welcoming charm of a small town, setting the perfect backdrop for your next event!

Included In Event Rental

All non-wedding rentals will include 6 hours on site. This will include all set up, event time, and clean up.

  • Amenities included in rental include, table and chairs, 20'x20' parquet dance floor, prep kitchen if catering is selected, restrooms, tent and outdoor space.

Non-Wedding Event Pricing

  • Sunday-Thursday -- $850

  • Friday -- $1,000

  • Saturday $1,200

    *All Event Rentals are 6 hours.

    *New Town and Charlestowne Discounts Available Sunday-Thursday

Event Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of 50% must be made to reserve your date.

  • Go to our calendar to check availability on specific dates. Contact us to receive an invoice.

  • A 3% fee will be assessed for all credit card payments.

Additional Services

Signature DSLR Booth Package

$600 - The length of your reception, backdrop, props, and a digital copy of all your photos

$100 - Per hour includes attendant, choice of backdrop, props, and a printed photo for you and your guest, plus a digital copy (3-hour minimum)

Photobooth

DJ for a non-wedding event is $150 per hour with a 3-hour minimum.
